The school is closed and I didn't get my book - what do I do?

If the school year has concluded and you have not received your yearbook, we recommend reaching out to your school directly by phone or email to inquire on the status of your book. 

  • Your school may not have completed their book before the end of the school year, and may have opted to distribute the books at the start of the new school year, or have opted for a ship-to-home service. In either case, they will be able to advise you of when you can expect to receive your book.
  • If the yearbooks were received and distributed, then the school can check their distribution list to check on the status of your order. They should have a copy reserved for your child. If the school is not able to provide a book to you, please contact the Yearbook Market team and we can forward your issue to the school's yearbook sales coordinator on your behalf.
