Our family is moving homes - how can we get the yearbook sent to our new address?

First, check your receipt - do you see a Ships to School or a Ships to Home notation?

• If your receipt shows Ships to School, then reach out to your school directly. Their entire yearbook shipment will arrive at the school directly from the manufacturing plant. Ask the school if they can mail your book to you or make other arrangements to get your purchase to you. Our team is not able to add home shipping to your order - your school decides how the books are shipped out from the manufacturing plant.
  
  
• If your receipt shows Ship to Home and your school has not yet placed their yearbook order to print, then contact the Yearbook Market team. We can update your shipping address. If your book has already gone to print, then it may already be in transit via United States Postal Service, so your mail forwarding service should re-route your book to your new address. Our team is not able to reroute books in transit.
